FIBROUS CELLULOSE CASES

FIBROUS casings are a combination of regenerated cellulose applied to special paper to achieve exceptional strength and uniform diameter. They can be used in a wide range of applications such as pepperoni, salami, meat sausages, boneless ham and any type of processed meat. They are ideal for products that are sliced and require precise diameter control. FIBROUS Wraps can also be used for processed and smoked cheeses.
