What size hole do you need in your mill plate?
Hole size and common uses:
(1/8 ") 3 mm: hamburger, bologna, hot dogs, jerky
(3/16 ") 4.5 mm: Thick hamburger, regular sausages (Polish, German, breakfast) (1/4") 6 mm: Rough sausages, (summer, salami, pepperoni, stick)

(3/8 ") 10 mm: first ground, chili, chorizo, linguisa (1/2") 12 mm: first ground, thick chili, stew
